Shipments
Parcels are typically shipped within 3-5 days of receiving payment and are shipped via Poczta Polska, InPost parcel locker or courier with tracking. If you prefer delivery via Paczkomat or InPost courier, please leave this information when placing your order.
Shipping fees vary depending on the total size of the package. I make every effort to protect fragile items – I ship orders in a cardboard envelope or cardboard tube (depending on the size of the product). Whenever possible, I use recycled materials, but the packaging must contain a minimal amount of plastic to protect your purchases from moisture. Aesthetically pleasing packaging is very important to me – I hand-wrap all orders with meticulous attention to detail. Each package also makes a great gift.
I randomly add a small, free gift, such as stickers or bookmarks, to each package. I hope you enjoy it :)

Returns
You have the right to return purchased products within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. To make a return, please contact inverted.illustration@gmail.com. Please remember to package the returned goods carefully to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Your refund will be sent to the account number from which the order was paid within 7 business days of the seller physically receiving the returned goods.
